Jelley wins Round 17

Stephen Jelley finally got to climb on to the top step of the British F3 podium with a convincing win at Thruxton. The Leicestershire driver won from 5th on the grid, overtaking Jonathan Kennard at the restart after a short Safety Car period to rcover the cars of Sam Bird and Atte Mustonen. Maro Engel drove through from 15th on the grid to finish on the podium.

Sergio Perez took his 11th National Class win ahead of Hamad Al Fardan and Michael Meadows.
